The International Development and Relief Foundation (IDRF) reported that its primary water aid truck in Gaza was bombed, prompting a call for a federal investigation into what they believe was a 'targeted' incident.
IDRF's director of impact, Zeina Osman, highlighted concerns stating, 'It's hard not to see this as further targeting of the international aid community.'
IDRF chief operating officer Nabil Ali emphasized the need for Canadian government support, adding, 'At a minimum, the government has to kind of look into this ... to understand exactly how this could happen to a Canadian aid agency.'
