Excluding the impact of lower compensation, revenue rose 1.5 percent year-over-year. On an adjusted basis, Transat lost 42 cents per share, versus an adjusted profit of 81 cents. The company narrowly avoided a pilot work stoppage by reaching a tentative contract.
