Video. Orphaned coyotes returned to the wild in southern California
Briefly

The San Diego Humane Society successfully rehabilitated and released nine orphaned coyotes back into the wild, marking a significant step in wildlife conservation efforts.
After raised at the Ramona Wildlife Center, the coyotes were released at Eagle Peak Preserve with the intention of reintegrating them into their natural habitat while minimizing human imprinting.
Project Wildlife staff initially bottle-fed the orphaned pups, providing crucial care until they were capable of self-sustenance before transitioning them to an outdoor habitat.
The release of these coyotes is a testament to the commitment of the San Diego Humane Society and its partners to wildlife rehabilitation and preservation.
