He was not successful and walked away from the area. Surveillance cameras at the victim's residence were knocked out during the incident, leading the victim to believe the suspect had used a Wi-Fi jammer, police said."

Officers stopped the car and detained both occupants without incident. The passenger was identified as the same man from Tuesday's incident, police said. Both he and the driver were arrested and booked into Santa Clara County jail on suspicion of criminal conspiracy, stalking, prowling, vandalism and providing a false name."
Two Colombian nationals were arrested Wednesday morning on suspicion of stalking a woman in Morgan Hill. On Tuesday morning a man knocked on the victim's door around 8:10 a.m. and tried to force open a side gate but walked away when unsuccessful. Surveillance cameras at the residence were knocked out during the incident, leading the victim to believe a Wi-Fi jammer was used. Just before 8 a.m. Wednesday the victim reported being followed by a white Chevrolet sedan that had been parked outside her home. Officers stopped the car, detained both occupants, and identified the passenger as the same man from Tuesday. Both occupants were arrested and booked into Santa Clara County jail on suspicion of criminal conspiracy, stalking, prowling, vandalism and providing a false name.
