She died before emergency responders could take her to a hospital. No arrests have been announced and police haven't released the suspected motive, or said if Lee was the intended target."
"Lee was picking up a relative when she was killed, her family told KTVU. Anyone with information about any of the shootings may call homicide investigators at 510-238-3821 or 510-238-7950.
