"The underlying investigation involved a suspected stolen vehicle located on the 800 block of 47th Avenue, a dead-end roadway near San Leandro Street and the railroad and BART tracks. One person was arrested, authorities said. Police haven't released the identity of the arrested person nor the underlying charges. The officer who fired their gun has been placed on administrative leave, in accordance with the department's policy for police shootings."
