"Burr took the day off today to decompress and clean up after the incident, he said. "It was a lot of confusion and trying to assess what was going on. Was he having a medical emergency? Was he having a heart attack? Had he died?" Burr said. The man was conscious enough to turn off his car by the time medics arrived, according to Burr."
