Efrain Troncoso, a 22-year-old homeless man, has been charged with 10 felonies, including attempted murder, after a series of violent attacks following a prior fire arrest.
According to district attorney's spokesman Joey Buttitta, the incidents occurred shortly after Troncoso was released for lesser misdemeanors related to a fire he set outside a pet hospital.
The police reported that the violent attacks included multiple stabbings and robberies, beginning with a stabbing incident where the first victim was attacked while on a bicycle.
In a rapid sequence of events, officers responded to several stabbing reports, and within a short period, multiple victims experienced violent assaults, including robbery at knifepoint.
