Authorities arrested a Boerum Hill man for allegedly fatally stabbing his 83-year-old neighbor thirty times inside the elevator of their shared apartment building.Joevani Vale, 27, was arraigned Friday on an indictment for murder, along with assault and attempted assault, in connection with three other incidents that occurred hours before and after the fatal stabbing of Ramon Cintron on April 8.
"I am heartbroken that 83-year-old Ramon Cintron died in such a violent and horrifying way and my condolences go out to his family, friends and neighbors," said Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez.
