A woman who was killed by the 'Happy Face Killer' in 1992 remains unidentified, and the Riverside County District Attorney's Office is asking for the public's help to identify her.
The killer, Keith Hunter Jesperson, confessed to her murder in 2010 and provided more details about her, but her identity is still unknown.
