Identity sought of 'Happy Face Killer' victim found 31 years ago, California officials say
The Riverside County District Attorney's Office is seeking help to identify a woman killed by the 'Happy Face Killer' in 1992.
The killer confessed to her murder in 2010 and provided more information about her, but she has yet to be identified. [ more ]
