Millions of California residents will see a $30 to $175 credit on their April electric and natural gas bills, courtesy of the California Public Utilities Commission. The credit is part of California's Cap-and-Trade Program, assisting customers with high bills during winter.
Eligible customers will automatically receive both electric and natural gas credits this month. The credit does not depend on the bill amount; any excess credit will carry over to the next billing cycle.
