The collision happened around 7:15 p.m. at the on-ramp to eastbound Highway 4 and Hillcrest Avenue, according to the Antioch Police Department. Officers arrived to find the pedestrian, identified as a 63-year-old Antioch man, lying in the roadway. The man was taken to an area hospital, where he was listed in critical condition late Friday, police said."
