Folks concerned about Shen's departure are missing the boat. He was brought in to help Harris see where the Commanders were (or were not) analytically. Then Harris hired Peters and Sosna to build out the organization. Shen helped get from point a to point b and likely will keep... - JP Finlay
A reminder about Sosna: Given that Shen arrived prior to GM Adam Peters, this could simply be Peters adjusting the personnel on the team to those that best fit his style. Will be interesting to see where Shen ends up. - JP Finlay
