The 'family-run' market stall with over 80 years of Romford-rich history
Briefly

Caron Webb, owner of Storky Baby, shared insights about the family-run business established 84 years ago in Romford Market. Starting with handmade nappies, Storky Baby has transformed into a clothing store that continues to thrive in the local community today. Caron, who took over from family friends, runs the business alongside her daughter Nicole, emphasizing the importance of family ties. The company has strong roots in Romford, deeply connected to Caron’s grandmother, a prominent local figure, inspiring her journey in establishing a business in her hometown.
I took the business over when they retired 27 years ago and we're still in Romford market today.
It's lovely to have my daughter Nicole with me as well; she's just had a baby so I've become a nan and I'm in the best industry for it!
