Antoinette Stewart-Gordon, 47, was fatally stabbed in the neck and stomach during a violent domestic clash inside her home on East 81st Street near Flatlands Avenue in Canarsie.
Her 15-year-old son tried to intervene, and ended up with a slash wound to his hand, police said. The teen boy was listed in stable condition.
Police described the murder as a domestic incident, and a male suspect fled the scene. His exact relationship to the family is unknown.
