Over 100 streets across the Big Apple will be closed to vehicular traffic today for Halloween events and trick-or-treaters, with over 28 closures in Brooklyn alone."This program brings together communities and city government to promote safety, community, and fun, and I want to thank all our partners on the ground for their contributions," said Mayor Eric Adams in a statement.
