Bar Meridian, located at the intersection of Prospect Heights and Crown Heights, will close on April 30 after five years in business. The space, at 406 Prospect Place and Grand Avenue, will soon be transformed into a dedicated oyster bar by restaurateurs Nick Perkins, Leah Campbell, and Nialls Fallon. Each of these partners has a history in successful seafood restaurants. The new venue marks a continuation of their culinary theme, aiming for a late 2025 opening alongside co-partners Gillian Graham and Taylor Ward.
