Starting on July 4th, Purselane Cafe at Prospect Park's boathouse will serve sustainable, recyclable, and compostable items including coffee, tea, baked goods, overnight oats, and sandwiches.
The cafe will be operated by The Oberon Group, offering beer, wine, and cocktails on select evenings, and hosting live concerts and pop-up events.
