Police in Brooklyn are looking for a brazen subway-riding thief who, in two separate incidents, targeted women for their necklaces aboard trains last week.
No injuries resulted from either incident. Police on Tuesday released a photo and video of the suspect at large, seen wearing an orange shirt, blue snow hat, and a COVID-style mask on his face.
