The team at Widow Jane distillery planted a proprietary strain of heirloom corn seeds for three years to create the Baby Jane bourbon blend.
The special corn strain was developed by cross-pollinating two varieties, resulting in a distinct sunburnt orange color that inspired the name 'Baby Jane.'
Sienna Jevremov, the head distiller, perfected the distillation process to create the unique bourbon, using the specially grown Baby Jane corn.
