Police officers searching the area discovered a 38-year-old man dead inside a vehicle on West 35th Street near Bayview Avenue, over half a mile from the initial gunfire report. The victim sustained gunshot wounds to the arm and torso. EMS pronounced him dead at the scene. As of Tuesday, no arrests have been made and the investigation remains active.
