Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso hosts a pet rescue adoption event outside Borough Hall. Five local rescues bring cats and dogs to reduce shelter overcrowding.
Animal Care Centers of NYC, ASPCA, Badass Animal Rescue, Bideawee, Flatbush Cats, and Hearts & Bones Rescue participate. The Brooklyn Cat Café provides resources.
The Adopt-A-Shelter-Animal event is on Saturday, July 27, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Borough Hall, aiming to help homeless pets find new homes.
