Aiden A. Rivero, an 18-year-old from Beaverton, was arrested for graffiti vandalism after fleeing police, possessing spray cans and paint markers at the time of arrest.
Rivero's actions led to charges of first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree escape, with evidence collected from graffiti found on a TriMet bus shelter.
