NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny says he now believes 20-year-old Veo Kelly killed Samyia Spain outside of Natural Plus deli.
According to police, the twins were known to go to the storefront during late nights and early hours to get food, however, this time they found Kelly there.
