Shaquille Davis, 32, was fatally shot in Bed-Stuy while texting with his son, heightening community concerns over increasing gun violence and safety.
According to an NYPD report, two other men aged 26 and 33 were critically injured in the incident, which took place on September 30.
Despite the violent nature of the incident, no arrests have been made as of Thursday morning, which has left the community anxious for justice.
