A 74-year-old man riding an electric moped was killed when a bus driver, making a right turn, struck and ran over him in Downtown Brooklyn.
The incident occurred shortly after 8:15 p.m. on Jay Street as the man was traveling south and the bus driver attempted to turn onto Tillary Street.
