Witnesses observed three males with dark complexions fleeing the scene where a 17-year-old was shot in Hell's Kitchen, yet no motive has been disclosed.
Later that evening, a second shooting at the Amsterdam Houses injured two men, ages 25 and 18, prompting a search for suspects wearing face masks.
