An 8-year-old girl was recovered safely after a carjacking incident in Brooklyn, where an unknown man drove away with her in the back seat.
The vehicle was parked when her parents stepped out to inspect damage, leading to the instant carjacking as the suspect entered the vehicle.
NYPD states that the girl and the car were recovered approximately a mile away, with the man who took the car seen fleeing the scene.
