"BROOKLYN, NY - Police are investigating after a 34-year-old man was brutally stabbed to death on a Brooklyn street corner Saturday night. Shortly after 8:30 p.m., police responded to a 911 call reporting an assault in progress near Glenmore and Sheffield Aves. in East New York. There, they found 34-year-old Luis Gonzalez, who had been stabbed in the abdomen. Medics rushed Gonzalez to Brookdale University Hospital in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead, police said."
