A Connecticut man was sentenced to nine years in prison Monday for two failed car-jacking attempts in Coney Island that left four people, including a toddler, injured.Kahlil Ivey, 26, of Waterbury, Connecticut, pleaded guilty to first-degree assault in April and was jailed Monday by Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Herbert Moses for the June 18, 2021 incident.
