Mohamed Habachi, 23, of Brooklyn, now faces hate crime and assault charges related to the November 22 attack that police investigated as an antisemitic hate crime, according to the NYPD.
He yelled out 'free Palestine' then threw a rock at the 45-year-old, cutting his leg, according to a police source.
