
"A bloodied man staggered into a Brooklyn precinct and confessed that he believed he killed his friend during a "verbal altercation" early Monday morning, cops and sources told The Post. The 58-year-old suspect, who has a whopping 16 prior arrests, turned up at the 77th Precinct in Crown Heights shortly after 3 a.m. with his hands covered in blood, cops and sources said."
"He told officers he might've killed his friend during a fight and pointed them towards 207 Troy Ave., where the victim, 56, was found lying face up with several stab wounds in his chest and arms, according to police. A pair of bloody footprints were observed at the scene and a bloody kitchen knife and scissors were also found, sources said. The victim was pronounced dead at 3:27 a.m. His identification is being withheld pending notification to his next of kin."

He confessed that he believed he had killed his friend during an early-morning verbal altercation and directed officers to 207 Troy Ave. The 56-year-old victim was found lying face up with multiple stab wounds to the chest and arms and was pronounced dead at 3:27 a.m. Bloody footprints, a bloody kitchen knife and scissors were found at the scene. The suspect was taken into custody and charges are pending. It is unclear whether the victim lived at the Troy Avenue apartment.
