
"A human head and torso were found in a trash bag outside a Brooklyn home early Friday morning, police and sources said. The body parts were left lying on a sidewalk near 557 E. 21st St. in Flatbush and discovered at 9:14 a.m. According to sources, 311 was first called with complaints of a "foul odor" coming from apartment 6F before the call was rerouted to 911 to police."
"Police responded and determined the remains belonged to a dead man, authorities said. The building super allegedly saw the boyfriend of the dead man dumping the bags outside the location before the body was found, sources said.. The city Office of Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death or who the remains belong to, police said. The investigation remains ongoing."
