A six-story, 43-unit condo development is being constructed at Kent Avenue and North 6th Street in Williamsburg, transforming a previously vacant urban lot.
The site was previously home to several smaller buildings, including a 19th-century house. Now, construction is actively underway with permits for foundation and excavation already issued.
Joyland Group and Prospect Developers have partnered to convert this prime location into residential condos, contributing to Williamsburg's ongoing transformation and urban renewal.
BKSK Architects, known for notable Brooklyn projects, will design the new building, which will reflect early 20th century architectural aesthetics and integrate into the neighborhood.
