The First Tech Fund, a non-profit organization which aims to close the digital divide for low income students in New York City, has announced the open application period for its free fellowship program.The fellowship is open to high school students residing in NYC and is a year-long program which supports the fellows by providing technical tools and mentorship to help students achieve success and access to higher education.
