Developers release renderings of new affordable housing development coming to Park Slope * Brooklyn Paper
Briefly

Last month, the City Council green-lit a 245,000-square-foot mixed-use project at 341 10th St. With two new buildings and one refurbished one, the development is expected to feature 305 new apartments, 162 of which will be permanently affordable.
Stellar Management agreed to add more affordable units than are required by law to get the project approved. The development will include supportive services, a green space, new retail spaces, and improved streetscape.
The project will feature units set aside for low-income seniors and families. 17 units affordable for tenants earning 50% of AMI, four units at 70% AMI, and 100 units for low-income seniors and families.
Developing the site was challenging due to MTA tracks crossing diagonally. The project will include a 15,000-square-foot green space, retail spaces for small local businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
