A fire erupted in a Brighton Beach apartment building early Wednesday, resulting in one casualty and injuries to three individuals, including a firefighter.
The blaze started around 3:30 a.m. in a second-floor apartment containing an electric bike, with about 60 firefighters managing to extinguish it by 4:30 a.m.
