Chick-fil-A is opening a new location in Downtown Brooklyn at 31 Smith St. Doors will open on Thursday at 6:30 a.m. In celebration, the 'Cows Eat Free' event will allow guests in cow-themed attire to receive a free entrée. Rafael Camargo will be the local Owner-Operator and aims to positively impact the community. The restaurant will also participate in the Shared Table program, redirecting surplus food to nonprofits. A $25,000 donation will be made to Feeding America, and the restaurant is expected to create 75 jobs in the area.
