Bronx detectives are actively searching for a group responsible for violently beating and robbing two victims for a meager $20. The attack happened on February 22 in Edenwald, where multiple suspects approached the victimsâa 22-year-old man and a 38-year-old womanâduring their walk. One attacker displayed a firearm and subsequently struck the male victim, while the female victim was pistol-whipped, punched, and kicked. Both victims suffered serious injuries, with one sustaining a fractured skull. They were hospitalized and are currently in stable condition. The NYPD has released images of the suspects and requests information from the public.
