B/Q trains now bypassing Church Ave. station as MTA begins ADA-related upgrades

MTA announced train service changes starting August 4, 2019, through early 2025, with improvements such as new stairways, fare control area, ADA compliance upgrades, and agent booth upgrades, to modernize the design and improve commuter flow.
