A 51-year-old male victim in Manhattan's Gramercy Park had his locked bike stolen in broad daylight in front of 180 Third Ave. The thief used a wrench to detach the bike, struck the victim when caught, and fled on the stolen bike.
The victim did not report any injuries from the incident. Law enforcement released surveillance photos of the suspect and requested information from the public, with tips to be submitted to Crime Stoppers for anonymity.
