The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run and Walk is set to draw nearly 40,000 participants this year, honoring fallen FDNY firefighter Stephen Siller and his 9/11 route.
Participants will enjoy a festival after the race featuring free food, drinks, and a concert by Tyler Hubbard from Florida Georgia Line, enhancing the community spirit.
The race covers a 3.5-mile course beginning in Brooklyn and concluding in Manhattan, following the exact path Stephen Siller took on September 11.
Road closures will be in effect in both Brooklyn and Manhattan, ensuring participant safety during this significant annual event commemorating the heroic actions of first responders.
