A 7-month-old girl was shot in Williamsburg, likely by a stray bullet, while her mother pushed her in a stroller. The incident occurred near 108 Moore St. just before 1:25 p.m. on April 1. After hearing gunshots, the mother sought refuge in a nearby bodega, only to discover her child was bleeding from a gunshot wound. Despite efforts at Woodhull Hospital, the infant could not be saved. Police are investigating the incident and questioning a person of interest, while two suspects were seen fleeing on a moped.
