Second victim of fatal Beverly plane crash identified as Malden man

Joseph Puciloski, a 28-year-old from Malden, succumbed to critical injuries sustained in a plane crash on June 19. The crash occurred shortly after takeoff from Beverly Regional Airport and involved a single-engine plane with Puciloski as the only passenger. Pilot Geoffrey Andrews, 30, of Melrose, died instantly. Emergency responders found both individuals trapped in the wreckage, which was precariously positioned against a utility pole.
