On Sunday night, a 69-year-old man succumbed to injuries sustained in a car crash on I-95 in Attleboro. Firefighters responded to reports of a single-vehicle crash around 7:25 p.m., discovering the car overturned in the woods. Extrication tools were used to free the unconscious male passenger, who was then transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital. Despite paramedic efforts, including CPR, he was pronounced dead later. The Massachusetts State Police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
