Kristian Campbell, after being promoted to Double-A, earned the Eastern League Player of the Month in June with an impressive .398 batting average and 1.136 OPS.
Campbell credited his successful transition to the Portland Sea Dogs to his first experience in spring training and the welcoming environment of the clubhouse filled with top Red Sox prospects.
