Jordan Westburg's go-ahead homer in the seventh inning helped the Baltimore Orioles to come back from a five-run deficit and defeat the Boston Red Sox 7-5.
Jackson Holliday, the top prospect in baseball, made his major league debut for the Orioles. Despite an RBI groundout, he went 0 for 4 with two strikeouts in his first game.
Boston squandered a strong start by Kutter Crawford, who pitched five scoreless innings, allowing only two hits and four walks while striking out six batters.
Cole Irvin started for Baltimore, yielding five runs on seven hits and three walks over five innings. He managed to strike out four batters during the game.
