Ex-Bruins Assistant Jay Pandolfo Not Surprised By Successful Start

"Yes and no. They've had guys that have been there long enough that know what's expected of how they played," Pandolfo told NESN.com during Beanpot media day at TD Garden on Monday. "And I think Brad Marchand taking over for Bergeron and (Zdeno) Chara preceded him, he understands what the Bruins culture is all about. They're always going to compete, and the coaching staff has done a hell of a job. I've been very impressed."
"Anyone can win this thing," Pandolfo said of the Beanpot. "It means so much to every program."
