I try to stay out of it. I'm not like Sway - Ullmark stated his preference to avoid physical altercations and focus on stopping pucks.
If something goes down and there's a bad thing going on, yeah, I'm gonna step up as well. But most of the time, there's no need for it... we're paid to stop the puck - Ullmark on his readiness to intervene if required but emphasizing stopping pucks as the main task.
The physicality to me, for our group, I've seen it come with the confidence - Montgomery highlights a correlation between confidence and physicality in the Bruins' gameplay.
